Vollrath 47731 Description
The Vollrath 47731 sauce pot can be used to cook on gas, electric, induction, and ceramic cooktops or placed in the oven for roasting. With a 9-quart capacity, it's useful for heating sauces and boiling water to cook pasta and vegetables. The body is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and it has an aluminum-clad bottom that effectively conducts heat. Solid handles are welded to each side of the pot to facilitate lifting and carrying. After use, it can be safely cleaned in a dishmachine.
