Vollrath 47730 7 qt Intrigue® Stainless Sauce Pot - Induction Ready

With its 9²/₅-inch interior diameter and 5⁴/₅-inch interior depth, the Vollrath 47730 Intrigue® sauce pot has a 7-quart capacity. Designed to simmer sauces and other liquids, its tall sides help reduce splatter risk on adjacent surfaces and users. This stainless steel sauce pot has a ¹⁄₄-inch-thick aluminum- and stainless steel-clad bottom, which helps distribute heat evenly for consistent results. To support transport, it has two welded, looped handles on either side; these can also be stored on a hook for organizational purposes. After use, it can be washed safely in a dishmachine to streamline cleaning.
