Safe for use on ceramic, induction, gas, and electric cooking surfaces, the Vollrath 47725 Intrigue® stock pot is made of durable stainless steel, and its base is aluminum clad for quick heat distribution. Its doubled-rimmed edges have added strength and two looped handles built onto the sides provide a secure grip. Measuring 15⁷/₁₀ inches in diameter and 15⁷/₁₀ inches deep in its interior, it works best for boiling soups, broth, and stews because its tall structure reduces splatter risk. Inside the pot, its satin finish can be scrubbed hard without being gouged. Overall, it has a 53-quart capacity.
