Vollrath 47723 Description
Featuring a tall, narrow structure, the Vollrath 47723 Intrigue® stock pot is constructed of resilient stainless steel to withstand high-heat applications on ceramic, induction, gas, and electric cooking surfaces. The aluminum-clad bottom of the pot measures 1⁄4 of an inch to heat up quickly and transfer heat efficiently. Along its top, the edge is double rimmed to endure common wear from frequent stirring. Its 12 3⁄5-inch inside diameter and 12 3⁄5-inch interior depth create a 27-quart capacity, so this tool is useful for high-volume applications. A satin finish lines the inside of the pot, withstanding common wear from scrubbing and general cleaning. After use, it can be stored on a hook with its two looped handles.
