Vollrath 47723 27 qt Intrigue® Stainless Steel Stock Pot - Induction Ready

Featuring a tall, narrow structure, the Vollrath 47723 Intrigue® stock pot is constructed of resilient stainless steel to withstand high-heat applications on ceramic, induction, gas, and electric cooking surfaces. The aluminum-clad bottom of the pot measures ¹⁄₄ of an inch to heat up quickly and transfer heat efficiently. Along its top, the edge is double rimmed to endure common wear from frequent stirring. Its 12³/₅-inch inside diameter and 12³/₅-inch interior depth create a 27-quart capacity, so this tool is useful for high-volume applications. A satin finish lines the inside of the pot, withstanding common wear from scrubbing and general cleaning. After use, it can be stored on a hook with its two looped handles.
