Sporting a tall structure, the Vollrath 47720 Intrigue® stock pot is designed to enhance stock, soup, and stew boils. With an interior diameter of 7¹³⁄₁₆ inches and an inside depth of 7¹³⁄₁₆ inches, liquids can be boiled with few splattering risks. This stainless steel unit's edges have a double-rim structure for increased durability, reducing risks of regular wear. Below the pot, its ¹⁄₄-inch-thick aluminum-clad bottom effectively transfers heat from gas, induction, electric, and ceramic cooktops. After use, it can be stored on a hook with its side handles. Overall, it has a 6¹⁄₂-quart capacity.
