Vollrath 47703 Description
The Vollrath 47703 potato cutter has a pusher block that moves the potato onto a fixed set of blades as the operator moves the handle. Because of the shape of the blades, the unit slices the potato into eight uniform wedges, and with its comfortable design, the handle provides a secure grip. The cutter is made of nickel-plated cast iron—a material that withstands high-volume use without bending or denting. Integrated into the legs, screw holes enable the unit to be mounted securely to a counter or wall.
