Vollrath 47280 Description
Suitable for high-volume applications, the Vollrath 47280 Jacob's Pride® French whip features durable stainless steel wires and a handle made of heat-resistant nylon. It's designed with a bend-resistant center reinforcement wire for additional stability. More narrow and longer than traditional piano or balloon whisks, this utensil style is ideal for blending sauces and other dense ingredients. To provide a secure grip and reduce fatigue during extended periods of use, its handle is equipped with comfort nubs. This handle measures 4 5⁄8 inches long, and the whip has an overall length of 10 inches.
