Vollrath 47258 Description
The Vollrath 47258 Jacob's Pride® piano whip's traditional design is great for all-purpose whipping, blending, and beating of thin- to medium-textured products. Its wires are made of stainless steel—a durable metal that provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion. For additional strength, it's designed with a center reinforcement wire that resists twisting and deforming. This whip's nylon handle is equipped with comfort nubs for a secure grip during extended periods of use. Suitable for high-heat applications, the handle withstands temperatures as high as 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, this utensil has a length of 16 inches.
