Vollrath 47256 Description
To prevent bending and twisting, the Vollrath 47256 Jacob's Pride® piano whip has a reinforced center wire. The wires are welded in place for strength, and the unit is made of heavy-duty stainless steel. This whip can be used to blend and beat product with thin to medium textures. Its 4 5⁄8-inch-long handle includes textured comfort nubs, providing a secure grip so employees can properly stir ingredients.
