The Vollrath 47158 disher is designed to accurately portion consistent scoops of food on buffet lines, in delis, and in catered operations. It has a 5⁄8-ounce capacity and operates with a squeeze handle. After scooping product, users can squeeze the handle to activate the blade that pushed food out of the bowl. This blade extends past the bowl to prevent any food from sticking. Streamlining cleaning, this disher is made of stainless steel, and because it is all metal, it won't fit into color-coded systems.
