Vollrath 47156 Description
Scooping out uniform, accurate portions in prep areas or on buffet lines, the Vollrath 47153 disher has a 1 1⁄4-ounce capacity. Not recommended for ice cream and other frozen food, the disher works perfectly with mashed potatoes, egg salad, desserts, and other soft products. While the squeeze handle lets users efficiently scoop and release food, the rounded bowl has a blade that prevents food from sticking. Because it's made of stainless steel, the disher is rust resistant and durable, though it won't be the best option for operations that want to color code their disher system.
