Vollrath 47097 Description
The shape of the Vollrath 47096 French whip ensures efficiently mixed and whipped ingredients. Its 24-inch length can reach the bottom of deep vessels, and the handle covers 12 inches of the whip for comfort. So it can be used in color-coded systems, this textured handle is textured for grip and is aqua. Preventing bending and warping, the wires are made of stainless steel, and the center wire reinforces the shape.
