The Vollrath 47094 Jacob's Pride® French whip is designed with a comfortable, textured handle to reduce fatigue during long periods of use. Its 18-inch length can be used to whisk large mixtures in deep bowls. To ensure longevity, its wires are constructed of durable stainless steel with a center reinforcement wire to prevent twisting and bending.
