The Vollrath 47091 Jacob's Pride® French whip is ideal for incorporating ingredients into mixtures or whipping cream. To reduce fatigue during periods of extended use, its heat-resistant, nylon handle is textured with comfort nubs to improve the grip. Its stainless steel wires ensure a long lifespan, resisting scratches and rust.
