The handle of the Vollrath 47006 Jacob's Pride® piano whip is heat resistant and textured with ergonomic comfort nubs. With a length of 18 inches, it's ideal for mixing and whipping large quantities of cream, eggs, or batter. To prevent twisting or bending, it's reinforced with a sturdy center wire.
