Vollrath 47002 Description
The Vollrath 47002 Jacob's Pride® piano whip is ideal for whipping eggs and incorporating ingredients in mixtures. Suitable for use with high temperatures, its one-piece handle resists heat as high as 475 degrees Fahrenheit. For long-lasting durability, its wires are constructed of stainless steel, with a center reinforcement wire to prevent bending.
