Vollrath 40760 Description
The Vollrath 40760 floor mixer has a stainless steel, 60-quart bowl where product is mixed. It is driven by a three-speed belt, and the safety cut-switch interrupts power if the gears are changed without stopping the mixer. Operators can time the cycle as long as 30 minutes, and the mixer will automatically stop at the end of the cycle. A variety of attachments are accepted by the number 12 hub in the Vollrath 40760 planetary mixer. While a dough hook, flat beater, and wire whisk are included, it can also be used with grinding and slicing attachments. Vollrath attachments are recommended for best results.
