Vollrath 4014 Description
The Vollrath 4014 Wear-Ever® frying pan can be used at temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. To protect the operator from high temperatures, the handle sleeve stays cool to the touch. Since the Vollrath 4014 fry pan is made of aluminum, it resists corrosion and conducts heat quickly. Its natural finish is ideal for browning meat and cooking with oil or grease.
