Vollrath 400N Description
The Vollrath 400N Lettuce King® I lettuce cutter consistently shreds large volumes of lettuce, reducing time and labor compared to shredding with a knife. It cuts uniformly with its blade, shredding lettuce into 3⁄16-inch strips, as the blade platform can hold a quarter-head of lettuce. Although the unit is designed for lettuce shredding, it can also be used to shred chicken or slice cucumbers and cantaloupe.
