Vollrath 38723 Description
The Vollrath 38723 mobile food bar measures 46 inches wide by 39 1⁄2 inches deep by 59 inches high. Its seamless top holds product for customers to retrieve it, while the enclosed bottom base adds space to store supplies and dishware. An overhead breath guard protects food on the bar from airborne bacteria, and to enable mobility, this unit is fitted with 4-inch swivel casters.
