Vollrath 38721 Description
The Vollrath 38721 mobile food bar features an elegant, vinyl-clad construction. The base is made of 20-gauge carbon steel with a stainless steel top, making the unit durable enough to endure repeated high-volume use. To enable mobility, the bar is equipped with 4-inch casters, all of which swivel to maneuver the unit around turns. Two of these casters brake for stability. Reducing the risk of airborne contamination, a buffet guard is attached to the top to protect food.
