The Vollrath 3870146 Affordable Portable™ mobile food bar has a solid base and seamless stainless steel top. Its closed design, as well as the attached plastic breath guard, can be conveniently wiped down after use. It has a lighting system that showcases displayed foods. Integrated casters provide the unit with mobility, and it has brakes to hold it in place.
