Vollrath 38701 Description
The Vollrath 38701 mobile food bar is mounted on four-inch swivel casters to help users maneuver it around a dining room, cafeteria, or buffet hall. Two of the casters have brakes to secure it from rolling while it’s in use. Its 300 series stainless steel top is useful for holding a variety of food, from proteins such as chicken and seafood to side items like mashed potatoes and vegetables. It has a seamless construction that won’t harbor any crumbs or food particles, and it can be wiped clean after use.
To prevent food from becoming contaminated, the Vollrath 38701 mobile food bar has a breath guard that covers product while still leaving enough room for guests to access it. It is made of 20-gauge carbon steel clad in black vinyl, which provides a sleek look that will catch customers’ eyes.
