Great for displaying napkins, utensils, and condiments, this Vollrath 37570-2 Signature Server® end shelf measures 18 inches by 28 inches and has a 40-pound capacity. It's made of corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel to withstand long-term use, and it can be folded down to streamline the unit for storage or food presentation. When in use, it adds 4 1⁄2 inches to the food station.
