Vollrath 3715C Description
The Vollrath 3715C Centurion® Jacob's Pride® domed cover has a large, 15 3⁄4-inch diameter, providing compatibility with a 3113 stock pot, 3208 sauce pot, or 3321 pan. Designed for durability and rust resistance, this cover is made of heavy-duty stainless steel. This material is also easy to clean, and for additional strength, the cover's handle is spot welded. Because it's domed, this cover is shaped to enable moisture to condensate and fall back into the food.
