Vollrath 37065 Description
The Vollrath 37065 Signature Server® cold food bar features a stainless steel top well measuring 19 7⁄8 inches by 50 1⁄4 inches by 8 inches deep and is designed to accommodate four full-size pans in self-service applications. Its one-piece stainless steel countertop includes a recessed well that supports chilled food holding, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps maintain consistent temperatures. A drain with an operator-side hose and valve is included to manage condensation during use.
Designed with a stainless steel unibody base, the Vollrath 37065 cold food bar incorporates an enclosed base with a black laminate exterior for mobile operation. The swivel-plate casters with brakes support positioning and transport, while the integrated refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to maintain cold conditions. Overall, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 34 inches high.
