The Vollrath 36465 soup warmer is designed for wet operation, accommodating an 11-quart inset. Designed for drop-in installation, it includes a mounting bracket to expedite setup, and a countertop cutout measuring 12 1⁄4 inches in diameter is required. To withstand high-volume use, it features a stainless steel drain nipple welded to the interior well.
To withstand daily use in fast-paced settings, the Vollrath 36465 soup well is constructed of stainless steel—a durable, rust-resistant metal that can be wiped clean. Its deep-drawn well further enhances strength, while its infinite heat control enables simple, reliable operation. To improve efficiency by preserving temperatures, this unit is built with high-density fiberglass insulation.
