High-density glass fiber insulation holds in heat and bolsters the cooking process, and the well has a 7¹⁄₄-quart capacity that is perfect for soups or broths. With its efficient 720-watt elements, this well saves money by using less energy. Its gasket and flat flange give the unit solid placement within a countertop cutout. It is configured for top-mount installation, and it does not require hard-wiring. This warmer can hold appropriately sized vegetable insets and enough water to maximize moist heat operation.
