Vollrath 3607 Description
Designed for browning vegetables and poaching eggs, the Vollrath 3607 Centurion® saute pan is equipped with a 1⁄4-inch-thick bottom that is aluminum clad, meaning it uses stainless steel and a layer of aluminum for quick, uniform heating. The pan has a stainless steel construction that resists common wear, such as pits and discoloration, and it has a nonstick coating on its cooking surface to streamline cleanup. It has a 7-quart capacity, 11-inch diameter, and 4 1⁄2-inch height. The handle, which is welded in place, is also made of stainless steel. Because it’s uninsulated, it can get hot during use.
