Vollrath 3601 Description
With a 6 1⁄4-inch diameter and a 2 1⁄2-inch depth, the Vollrath 3601 Centurion® saute pan holds as many as 1 1⁄2 quarts. Useful for poaching eggs, cooking stir fry, or browning onions, the pan is made of stainless steel, and its 1⁄4-inch-thick bottom is aluminum clad, enabling quick heating and uniform results. To endure long-term applications, it resists pitting, discoloring, and retaining flavors. Coated with a nonstick material, it’s easy to clean after use. For user control, the handled is welded in place and made of hollow, waterproof stainless steel. However, it can become hot to the touch because it is not insulated.
