Vollrath 3506 Description
The Vollrath 3506 Optio™ stock pot is constructed of strong 18/10 stainless steel, making it ideal for busy commercial environments where it will experience heavy use. It is designed with tall, flat sides and an aluminum-clad bottom to effectively simmer stocks, reduce sauces, or cook pasta. To ensure a safe grip even when filled to its 27-quart capacity, it is fitted with two welded handles.
