Started Rusting after 3 months inside
nice design but after 3 months of purchasing, there is rust forming inside, makes one question if it is a true stainless steel pot? I bought two of them this year and of course there is only a 90 day warranty!
We're sorry to hear you've experienced rust after only a few months of use. While stainless steel is highly corrosion-resistant, it's not completely immune to staining or rust under certain conditions, such as exposure to harsh cleaners, standing moisture, or highly acidic foods.
I purchased this pot at Home Goods, it cracked, why?
I make spaghetti sauce in large amounts, \ I make home made ricotta cheese, it all cooks well, however it cracked approx. 3 inches from the top. I never knew stainless steel could do that, can you tell me why. This pot was an expensive gift I gave myself.
