Vollrath 3414 Description
The bottom of the Vollrath 3414 Centurion® fry pan is aluminum clad, meaning a layer of aluminum is integrated with stainless steel to ensure even heating for desirable results. Measuring 1⁄4 inch thick, the bottom of the pan heats up quickly, making it useful for spontaneous applications. The 14-inch-diameter pan is made of durable stainless steel and resists pitting, discoloring, and retaining flavors to support long-term applications. Its surface is coated with a nonstick material, speeding up cleaning after use. Users can keep a secure grip on the pan with the welded handle, which is hollow, waterproof, and constructed of stainless steel. Because it’s not insulated, it can be hot to the touch during cooking.
