Vollrath 3328 Description
The Vollrath 3328 Centurion® Jacob's Pride® brazier pan is made of durable 18/10 stainless steel, which resists rusting, denting, and scratching. It has a sizable capacity of 28 1⁄2 quarts, making it ideal for use in large commercial kitchens. To facilitate safe transportation, it is fitted with two welded handles.
