Winco SSLB-30 Description
Ideal for long, slow heating, the Winco SSLB-30 braising pot has a side heating surface for cooking meats and vegetables in a small amount of liquid. Cooking food this way lets the liquid add juices and enhance flavor. Resisting denting and warping, this brazier is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Even though stainless steel is durable, it doesn’t distribute heat very evenly, so the bottom has an aluminum core to enhance heat transfer.
