Vollrath 3307 Description
Built with an aluminum-clad design, the bottom of the Vollrath 3307 braising pot conducts heat efficiently. It has a capacity of 7 quarts and is designed to soften tough meats using liquid, so product is tender when served. Great for high-volume use, the unit is made of resilient 18/10 stainless steel. It's equipped with two handles to facilitate lifting and carrying, and overall, it measures 11 inches diameter by 4 1⁄2 inches high.
