Vollrath 3203 Description
The Vollrath 3203 sauce pot can hold 11 1⁄2 quarts of pasta, soup, or tomato sauce, and when used with acidic foods, this pot won't retain stains because of its 18-10 stainless steel construction. Because stainless steel contains iron, the pot can be used on induction cooking equipment, and to ensure heat transfer is quick and uniform, the bottom of the pot is clad in aluminum.
