Vollrath 3009 Description
The Vollrath 3009 Cool Handle® handle sleeve is made of insulated silicone to protect the operator from heat. It is safe in the oven at temperatures as high as 475 degrees Fahrenheit for continuous use or intermittently at 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The blue material stands out and can be used for color-coded applications.
