With the Vollrath 30063 Super Pan V® full-size steam table pan, chefs can efficiently steam vegetables and proteins or drain fat from products in a smoker oven. Its perforated sides and bottom enable air to circulate around products as they cook while excess moisture drains away. A good choice for cooking or holding large products, this pan has a depth of 6 inches.
