Vollrath 2803-18 Description
The Vollrath 2803-18 Batter Boss® dispenser holds 48 ounces of pancake, donut, or funnel cake batter. With this dispenser, users can consistently release identical portions of batter, however, it's not recommended for use with chunky batters. Ranging from 1- to 3-ounce portion sizes, the unit has eight settings. A clear lid shows how much batter is left in the hopper and keeps out contaminants, and for convenient cleanup, this unit is safe for use in the dishwasher.
