Vollrath 19199 Description
The Vollrath 19199 sheet pan adapter plate is designed for use with a 4-series Signature Server® unit. Its 27 3⁄8-inch-wide by 20 15⁄16-inch-deep structure accommodates a full-size sheet pan and can be used atop two hot wells. By securing a sheet pan in place above hot food wells, a sheet pan can be warmed efficiently.
