The Vollrath 19195 adapter plate is lined with six 4 1⁄4-inch holes that accommodate a Vollrath 78710 bain marie pot. By organizing the bain marie pots, these openings coordinate food presentation on a food bar. To withstand high-volume use, this 20 3⁄4-inch-wide by 12 3⁄4-inch-deep plate has a corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel construction.
