Vollrath 19190 Description
The Vollrath 19190 adapter plate's two 6 3⁄8-inch inset holes accommodate two Vollrath 78614 4 1⁄8-quart vegetable inset pans. These holes secure the pans in place and improve food presentation. This corrosion-resistant stainless steel plate measures 20 3⁄4 inches wide by 12 3⁄4 inches deep.
