The Vollrath 19186 adapter plate is designed to be used over two drop-in food wells, enabling food to be warmed with dry or moist heat. It accommodates a full-size sheet pan of any gauge with an open-bead or closed-bead rim. This plate is made of durable stainless steel and measures 29 15⁄16 inches wide by 26 3⁄8 inches deep.
