Vollrath 15204 Description
Great for sandwiches and burgers, the Vollrath 15204 InstaSlice™ tomato slicer's eight straight blades cut tomatoes into 3⁄8-inch-thick slices. This one-piece blade assembly resists corrosion, can be popped in and out for cleaning and changeouts, and doesn't require adjustment over time. To preserve its original look, its HardCoat® pusher head fingers resists the corrosion that comes from frequent use with acidic tomato juice. As employees operate this unit, its table stop secures it in place for safety, while its sled-leg base resists breaking when pressure is applied. For back-of-house workstations and prep tables, this unit measures 10 1⁄2 inches wide by 17 1⁄2 inches deep by 10 3⁄4 inches tall when it's open.
