Vollrath 15017 Description
Chop vegetables quickly with the Vollrath 15017 Redco® InstaCut™ dicer. Its blade assembly creates 3⁄8-inch cubes, and for flexibility, it can be swiftly removed and swapped with a different wedge, core, or dice blade. All the thermoset blade frames are corrosion resistant and require no adjustments from the operator. This dicer should not be used to cut hard root vegetables. It has a space-saving wall-mount design.
