Vollrath 15001 Description
Designed to reduce prep time, the Vollrath 15001 InstaCut™ 3.5 food dicer makes clean cuts without bruising and mashing produce. Because the chopper is manual, it is straightforward to operate. After placing product on the blade assembly, the pusher block can be lowered by the handle. Food is pushed through the blades as the block is pressed down, creating 3⁄8-inch diced pieces.
