Dinex DXP4CI Description
The Dinex DXP4CI DineXpress™ cold food bar is a floor model serving counter designed with an ice-cooled system that maintains chilled temperatures without the use of mechanical refrigeration. Its four-pan configuration accommodates standard 12-inch by 20-inch pans within an enclosed well, while the integrated 1-inch drain with a shutoff valve supports removal of melted ice during operation. A 14-gauge stainless steel top with turndown edges provides a durable work surface, and the undershelf beneath the unit offers space for storing supplies.
Built for mobile service applications, the Dinex DXP4CI cold food bar features a stainless steel exterior with front and end panels that support repeated use in self-service environments. The enclosed well is insulated on the sides, ends, and bottom to help retain cold temperatures, while the EZ-Connect latching system enables the unit to interlock with compatible Dinex modules and disconnect for cleaning. Mounted on swivel-plate casters, this unit can be repositioned as needed, and its open base design keeps stored items accessible during service.
