The Dinex DXP4BCM DineXpress™ cold food bar is a floor model serving counter designed with a mechanically cooled system that maintains chilled temperatures without the use of ice. Its four-pan configuration is supported by a 9 7⁄16-inch-deep welded well, while the interlocking mechanism enables this unit to connect with compatible Dinex modules for flexible buffet layouts. A 14-gauge stainless steel top with turndown edges provides a durable work surface, and sliding doors beneath the cabinet base create accessible storage for supplies.
Built for mobile service applications, the Dinex DXP4BCM cold food bar features a stainless steel exterior with front, end, and louvered panels that support airflow around the condensing unit. The refrigerated well is fully insulated and includes a concealed continuous coil bonded to the sides to maintain consistent cooling across stored pans. Mounted on swivel-plate casters, this unit can be repositioned as needed, and its operator-side controls include an on/off switch with a pilot light for monitoring operation.
